- Continued growth of Product Marketing Department: Focus on formalizing Go-To-Market strategies and operationalized best practices to ensure the successful launch of products such as Film Transparency and Product Builder.

- Lead The Orchard design department,, responsibilities include: developing creative strategy, supervising and guiding team members, assigning tasks, taking part in key client meetings and providing ideas which increase department creativity.
- Lead end-to-end product design vision and implementation, including production of all deliverables, storyboards, wireframes, requirements, etc. for key company strategic projects i.e. Corporate site redesign, Workstation dashboard redesign, Mobile product and Sony Integration work. - Successfully conceptualized, designed and delivered label auditing tool which took a highly manual process bringing in nearly $2M annually to a fully automated tool allowing the team to increase number of labels audited by 218% leading to an increase of over $4M in revenue annually.
- Led the redesign of The Orchard main Video Services tool BACON improving claim performance by 40% resulting in over $1M in revenue while reducing unscheduled downtime by 40%. - Led product life cycle management, set product strategy and create roadmap for ZEFR’s cross-functional suite of products, which enables digital marketers to advertise, monitor brand presence online, create and execute cutting-edge campaigns.
- Manage field marketing and pre-sales efforts for large ($100K – 1M) opportunities and achieved growth of product sales over 35% in Q4 2013, successfully extending into new markets, including brand intelligence and channel management.
